New Marine Assurance and Cultural Lead

We are pleased to announce that Anthony Victorio will take on the role of Marine Assurance and Cultural Lead, in a redefined position within the Marine Assurance Department.

Anthony joins the management team following a successful seagoing career within our fleet, bringing valuable operational insight, leadership, and deep onboard experience.

The role emphasises development of soft values and onboard culture, supporting our Human Performance commitment. Anthony will work on a rotation on board and ashore (in Manila). While on board, he will oversee implementation of procedures, support leadership and cultural development, conduct audits and inspections, and assist during SIRE inspections. Ashore, he will focus on reporting, marine assurance, and broader HSSEQ activities.
