11.02.2020

It is with great pleasure and anticipation to inform that OljOla Terminals, a subsidiary within the OljOla Group, has been established to manage the daily operation of the new oil terminal currently under construction in Port of Frederikshavn, Denmark.

This is a milestone for the Company to be entrusted with such a prestigious mission. It will bring strategical advantages for the overall operation and we will be able to maintain close contact with our fleet while operating the terminal.

It is a privilege to work close with Stena Oil that continues to invest in the future. Not only seeking strategical benefits but also actively work towards a safer and more eco-friendly operation.

Port of Frederikshavn will also be a hub for the marine pollution response services offered by Stena Oil together with OljOla Shipping. Beside being the stockpile location for our stand-by oil recovery vessel 'Norden' we have recently entered a second agreement with EMSA related to marine pollution response services.

The new oil terminal is under construction at this very moment and form part of a larger expansion initiated by Port of Frederikshavn. The new terminal has been possible by major investment in recent years to expand and develop the Port of Frederikshavn. The terminal is being built in a new, outer part of the harbor where Stena Oil will have exclusive access to a 300 meter long quayside with 14 meters draft. The terminal will have a total capacity of 75 000 m3.
